I thought Washington Wine Academy only did wine events!
We are very excited to announce the beginnings of something new at the Academy...beer education!
In keeping with our providing quality wine education for the entire Washington DC market...we are ready for the world of beer.
Join us for our upcoming ABC's of Beer taking place at our new Washington Wine Academy/DC School of Beer Education Center in Crystal City!

WWA's "ABC's of Beer" (VA) $38.50
Our ABC's of Wine has been our most popular wine education event and here is your chance to be a part of the beer side of the Academy with the ABC's of Beer.
If you have ever wondered about the differences in beers...ales, lagers, IPA's and more this is the class for you. This will be a classroom style event with each person sitting down and tasting 8 beers.
Our beer expert will lead you through an informative tasting and session on beer basics while you sample varieties generally available in the DC market.
Stay tuned for the follow-on class our Beyond the ABC's of Beer coming soon.

Date: Thursday, March 25, 2010
Time: 7:00 PM - Doors Open & 7:30 (sharp) to 9:00 PM Event
Location: Washington Wine Academy/DC School of Beer Education Cente, 1201 South Eads, Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22202. Note: We are in the commercial space at the base of the Bennington Luxury Apartment Building - Enter through main lobby.
Metro: Pentagon City or Crystal City (Blue Line) - Metro Map. We are a short three block walk at 12th and South Eads Streets.
Parking: Free street parking available after 6 PM.
Advance registration is required (must be 21).
