Certificate IC0508 - Details
No previous wine knowledge is required. Class is appropriate
for students who have a serious interest in wine, and
those who wish to broaden their knowledge. The IC class
is our starting class for those who wish to take our wine
certification courses.
Intermediate Certificate covers the wines and spirits
of the world in five three-hour sessions, followed by
a one-hour multiple choice examination on a final (extra)
session. Wine tasting is a part of every class.
Dates: Mondays, June 2, 9, 16, 23 and
30. Exam will be on Monday, July 14, 2008.
Time: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Class starts
promptly at 6:30 PM
Cost: $748 - Class limited to 40 attendees.

style seating (long rows of tables) vs. rounds. Spitting
of wine is highly encouraged.

The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Advanced Certificate
- Level 3 Course starts on Mondays on February 25, 2008.
This event will take place in Crystal City over a period
of 11 weeks.
Dates: Mondays - 10 weeks of class -
